As 2023 winds down, we look ahead to what’s next. We believe most of all in personal encounters with God: moments that lead to new movements of discipleship across the globe. Here are some of the movements we are expecting to see in the coming year:
Vision 2024 Goals
1. Bible Studies and Disciple-Making Groups
We plan to initiate 400 Bible studies, form 100 Disciple-Making Groups, and establish 25 churches. The goal is to have at least one “third-generation” Disciple-Making Group in each current region—Africa, North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. While it’s not about the numbers, expanding in 2024 will lead to new salvation and disciples globally.
2. Expanding Globally
We aim to launch disciple-making coaching groups in the final three regions: Asia, the Far East, and Australasia. This expansion seeks to foster local leadership and extend the reach of our disciple-making efforts.
3. Language Inclusivity and Online Training
To break language barriers, we plan to add four new language simulcasts to our live disciple-making training, in addition to the existing Spanish and Arabic broadcasts. We also aim to provide a free online disciple-making training course, with live interactions and full translations in all possible languages. This expands the amount of people able to use our tools.
4. Social Media Outreach
Taking advantage of the expanding reach of this digital era, we plan to produce 90-second coaching TikTok videos every week. This initiative aims to leverage social media for concise, impactful discipleship content.
5. Technological Advancements
We are set to roll out a new coaching portal with real-time global data, team management features, and global tracking of disciple-making communities. This move aims to provide structure and support to our disciple-making efforts.
6. “Forgotten Manifesto of Jesus” Book Release
We have a much-anticipated release launching this year: our new book, “Forgotten Manifesto of Jesus.” This book delves into the detailed background of how Jesus made disciples, offering insights from the most persecuted areas where we currently operate.
7. Strengthening Coaching Network
As part of our vision for 2024, we aim to increase global coaches from 1 to 3 for each of the 8 regions. This strategic move is intended to provide enhanced support to disciple-makers worldwide.
8. Global Disciple-Making Training
We seek to empower local churches and communities globally by expanding our live 6-week disciple-making training to cover nearly 200 countries.
9. Technological Safeguards and Communication Infrastructure
In a bid to enhance communication security, we plan to launch new data centers, private messengers, and software similar to “Office 365” on private data centers. Additionally, we aim to deploy a home receiver for individuals with satellite phones and other communication electronics.
10. Recovery from Abuse Trauma Program
We are introducing a recovery from abuse trauma program, recognizing the need for holistic support in the disciple-making journey.
