1.3. Countries not Supported
In accordance with United States Sanctions, we do not accept any form of payment, donations, nor provide services to, from, or within Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

2.2. Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and WooPayments, to handle all transactions. 2.3. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Fulfillment
Printify and its network of partners handle the production and fulfillment of your orders. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and destination. We are not responsible for delays or issues in shipping once the product has left the fulfillment center.

3.2. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. 

4.2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for defective products or products that were not delivered as ordered. Refunds are processed through the original method of payment. Please see the Printify Order Related Issues page for further details on how your order will be handled. 

5. Tax Deductibility of Donations

5.1. Nonprofit Status
Global Catalytic Ministries (GCM) is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization. However, please be aware that only the profit portion of your purchase may be claimed as a tax-deductible donation.

5.2. Determination of Profit
The profit from your purchase is calculated after deducting the costs of the product, taxes, and any fulfillment fees, which are processed through Printify and WooCommerce. These costs include manufacturing, shipping, and processing fees and are not tax-exempt. The remaining balance after these expenses is considered the donation to GCM. GCM will issue tax-deductible receipts to its customers at the end of its fiscal year, in December.

5.3. Tax Consultation
We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to determine the exact portion of your purchase that may be eligible for a tax deduction.
